Agreement
By creating an account or using Daftro you agree to these terms. If you use Daftro for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
The service
Daftro is online accounting software for invoicing, bills, banking, tax and reports. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your sign-in details and for everything done with your account. Give each team member their own account with the right role, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
Free trial and subscription
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Payments already made are not refundable unless the law requires it.
Your data
The business data you enter remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Daftro for anything unlawful, to send spam, to try to access other people's accounts, or to disrupt the service.
Your records and advice
Daftro calculates totals, tax and reports from what you enter. You remain responsible for your accounting records, tax returns and legal filings. Daftro does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.
Availability
We work to keep Daftro available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies using the export and backup tools.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and closing
You can stop using Daftro at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or remain unpaid, and we will tell you when we do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you in advance about significant changes; continuing to use Daftro means you accept the updated terms.
